well ive had a messed up week,although ive been doing S/W for 2 years and lost 2 stone plus 1 stone with WW,i hit very hard times with money in the last month,with snow etc,we ended up with little food in the house and no way of getting to any,so obviously kids ate well and me and hubby sort of stretched what we could,no fruit in the house.i went out for 2 planned meals(which i paid for prior to skint) and long short is i gained 3lb.ive been out and got enough supplies on my budget,i try to mix the plans as i work nights,so find green and red good and then extra easy to make a change.im determined to lose this next week..any ideas of budget cooking and desserts as i do have a sweet tooth please would b gratefully received:wave_cry:
