well i proved the lesson of not eating after being so tired from my night shifts,i just couldnt b asked and didnt fancy food and gained 1/2lb at this weeks weigh in,yet the week bfore i stuck to plan and ate regularly i lost 2.5lb..i come to terms that my weightloss will b slow due to the way i am and my shifts but i will keep on trying to continue eating to capacity and we will c next weds at weigh in
