not eating REALLY doesnt help

well i proved the lesson of not eating after being so tired from my night shifts,i just couldnt b asked and didnt fancy food and gained 1/2lb at this weeks weigh in,yet the week bfore i stuck to plan and ate regularly i lost 2.5lb..i come to terms that my weightloss will b slow due to the way i am and my shifts but i will keep on trying to continue eating to capacity and we will c next weds at weigh in :D

I so know how you feel. I do nightshift and day shift straight after eachother, and I can't get the hang of my eating patterns after them, I'm so hungry during nightshift and so knackered during the day that I end up eating so little !! I'm glad you have proved the point though !!x
