not enough zzzzzzzzz

    latley i've been having trouble sleeping at night. any sugesstions/advice????????????????????????????:break_diet:

    Are you restless or do you have things playing on your mind. Not sure what plan you are following but a hot bath or a hot drink (something without caffeine) can help you unwind and make you sleepy. I also find that going to bed half an hour earlier than normal and just resting, maybe read a book, magazine or just relaxation helps. I do empathise (spelling??) with you as I hate not being able to sleep. xx
