not enough zzzzzzzzz

Are you restless or do you have things playing on your mind. Not sure what plan you are following but a hot bath or a hot drink (something without caffeine) can help you unwind and make you sleepy. I also find that going to bed half an hour earlier than normal and just resting, maybe read a book, magazine or just relaxation helps. I do empathise (spelling??) with you as I hate not being able to sleep. xx
 
you never know you may laugh so hard that you wear your body out and can get to sleep tonight.. dont recite the alpabet though LOL!! xx
