    Just wanted to pop in and say 'hi!'. I've spent most of the day reading the site and you seem to be a lot of very friendly people. Hope to hang around and get to know you all a lot better :)

    I had the shock of my life when I weighed myself and discovered I'd hit 200lbs. Something HAS to be done and I really want to be back in a size 12 by the summer. So, I've got a lot to lose. I'm a mum of 3, so I've got a flabby stomach to contend with too!

    I'm kind of making up the diet as a go along. Low carb, low cal at the moment and it seems to be shifting some weight - I'm down 3lbs in 5 days, which is encouraging, but there's a long way to go yet! I was going to wait until after Christmas to start but I'm sick of being this size and would love to start the New Year a stone (or almost) lighter. That's the aim. Here's hoping!
