Finally done shred.. day 17 complete whooo!!

level 2 will be complete on thursday.. may not have a chance to do level 3 friday as im working early and have my parents down for the weekend but ill try my best to sneak the half hr in if i get the house to myself! but i will do it as soon as i get the chance and i WILL complete level 3 and the full dvd!!

Looks like there'll be no loss for me, feeling rubbish and have made a massive dent in my APs this evening. Oh well! I will go gym in the morning and try to have a 100% and hope for the best Thursday

I've gone way way way over mine! U know what u said about me being good not spiralling all wk?? Well I welln truly spiralled! Feel a fat mess :-(. Going to my friends wed eve for a catch up n having a take away! ( can't sit there n not have one) so I'm gonna face the gain thur! B about half st :'-( x
