Not Lost In Fact think Ive gained a 1lb !!!!!!

I am gutted... and I dont know if its me or my pharmacists working out! They said that they think the equations are wrong in their Lipotrim folder. From Kg`s to stones I mean, so last week when I didnt feel I`d lost much due to totm, they told me I`d lost 5lbs...well you trust them dont you and naturally believe them. My scales today are telling me I am 18 st 3lbs...... I am feeling a bit low this week, snappy and moody, tearful.... fed up in general, so don`t need this as well!! Plus the last 2 days Ive not been counting how many pints I`m drinking cos I`ve been out and about/busy away from home. Its so much easier to drink loads when your at home isnt it.... Ahhh sorry to sout off but needed too.... Plus this post keeps jumping out of the font I want to use too ARRGGGHHH :cry:
Need cheering up.... I`m 100% so just do not know why I`m not losing as much as some on here... and even some who have got less than me to lose!! Encouragement needed PLEASE girls

Are you due on???? I NEVER listen to what my pharmacist says lol... As long as the scales go down when i go i dont mind.... i weigh myself on a thursday morning as soon as i get up and THAT is my official Weigh in.....

My Chemist has a chart on the wall and its completely insane.... missing some amounts and the amount of times they have said... oooh its 4 and a bit.... A BIT???? What the friggs a bit... those bits are important to use losing those bits!!! So thats why i do it that way!!! I write it down at home also in a diary!!!

KG to lbs..... you simply times by 2.2.... there are also converters online....

I had this happen to me a couple of times... its very disheartening.... But hang on in there... get yourself a diary/notebook and weigh yourself at home the morning of your Weigh in.... !!!!

Sorry this has happened but dont give in sweetie!!!

Aww thanks Dee,
I`m not on no, that was last week in fact I finished just before weigh in day (wed) I know how to convert as I use the ones on here (the net) Just checked my weigh in card and they haven't out down the weigh in Kg`s like they usually do (they put stones and lbs in for me as well) So I can`t actually check. I know what you mean by their charts they are sooooo frustrating. A little bit not counted is the WORLD to us when we are losing!! I really think that he hasn`t calculated my loss correctly and that I didnt lose 5Lbs but a smaller loss... I get really confuzzled easily over figures so I think this just adds to my frustration!! Plus Dee they have NEVER tested my for ketosis with the wee tests sticks either and they should have should`nt they?

Louloubelle ...just remember a loss is a loss ...we all lose weight at different rates...we can't assume just because were on the same diet were all doing to lose weight the same way. I like Dee weigh myself on my scales and that is the weight I go by...the chemists scales is just to please them ~lol~

Thanks hun ~I know what you mean BUT guess what girls I`ve got super news, they had new scales at the chemist today AND I have lost 7Lbs this time!!!!!! My scales are old and must be on their way out (need new battery) hence me moaning about not losing any this week... ( I am such a panic-er!) Anyway, Ive lost 7lbs and cannot believe it WOOHOO GET IN!!!! lol:8855:Too say I`m chuffed is a slight understatement.. ha ha....
