Not my first diet, but hopefully my last

3 years ago I got down to a BMI of under 25. 3 years later and I am back up to what I was originally. Instead of getting bigger and bigger I have decided that tomorrow I am going on a diet and I am going to make it stick. I have my products, so I shall be starting first thing with a strawberry shake.

It has to work this time as I can't keep starting and restarting. I am a little nervous, but really excited as it feels a bit different this time. Hopefully I will reach my goal, keep your fingers crossed for me.

It was a very low calorie diet, so the same thing that I am doing now. I really hope that I can do it and keep it up this time, I only put the weight back on because I have a massive appetite. I probably shouldn't have had so many cakes and take aways over the past few years!
