Salmon rice and salad (didn't end up having any tea yesterday so need to use up.)

Chicken & veg stew (there's loads if veg in it)
May have some potato will decide later.

I've had some mulled wine tonight! Haha....is only bloody October!! I've been very good food wise so we'll see tomorrow with WI!
 
So glad it's a fresh week tomorrow. It's my birthday next Tuesday so will try and save a few syns for then.

Been a bit AWOL last few days, Thursday & Friday food was fine but yesterday! Well enough said about that!

Sunday

1 x toast with poached eggs (1b & 1 for slither of butter)

Lunch

Maybe just some fruit & Greek yoghurt?

Dinner

Pork loin steaks
Mashed potato
Veg
Gravy (3)

Will try and get a run in too.

If I get time to cook it. A veg risotto, never cooled one before. I'm off out this morning so we'll see.

Thankfully I'm feeling much better today, it's my birthday too! We go on holiday Monday so am going to calorie count until then. I didn't eat much at all yesterday.
 
I haven't wrote n here in ages! I've been doing herbalife for a few weeks now and am currently 9.13 1/2. I fancy a bit of a change this week as sick of the sight of shakes...
I thought I'd have a week back on sw & see what happens.

Sorry didn't update for last couple if days, I put 1/2lb on this week but I ca live with that as its star week!
I had to google star week and realised that I joined SW in that week :eek: no wonder week 1 was a loss lol
 
Happy new year!!!

I've not been dieting over the Christmas period, I'm back to 10.2 1/2. Not too bad considering!

So back to it. Looking forward to eating good nutritious food again after all the rubbish I've consumed over the last week or so!

A few mouthfuls if kiddies dinner! (10 don't think it was that many but best to over estimate!)

Was a bit naughty last night, hubby brought a pizza up to bed so I had 3 small slices (20?)
