But i still stayed within my calorie allowance

Breakfast: toast with butter
Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich with cheese and onion crisp
Tea, chicken burger, oven chips and mayonnaise

*does happy dance

I know it's not the healthiest menu, but the mood I was in I needed it

Yes the fat content was under, and calories too :)

Mmmm sounds lovely! If you felt like you needed it and didn't deprive yourself then you are definitely moving in the right direction!
