Novice with yo-yo motivation!!!

I have 3 full days until WI. After the last weekend I'm going to have to limit my syns if I'm to avoid a gain. Here's hoping for STS or a small loss??!
 
Woo hoo - Hubby has bought me an exercise bike today! He surprised me with it when he came home from work (I had dropped plenty if hints) I mean business now!!!!! :)

Ok so 3 days on plan & 3 goes on the exercise bike wasn't enough to maintain. I'd obviously gone too far over the weekend. Could have been alot worse I suppose. I'm having a curry night (homemade but not SW) tonight & a couple of drinks so I'm back on plan tomorrow!! Only 14 wks to hols so must get cracking :) xxxx
 
So my 'treat night' continued through to Saturday :-( Far too much alcohol = hangover=binge eating (all day). Hopped on the scales this morning which has given me the kick up the backside I need. Line drawn & back on it today.

A week of sleepless nights & hospital visits with my little one has resulted in a 1 1/2lb gain :-( could have been worse. Back on plan today, starting exercise again. Going for a decent loss this week!!
