Stick with it Sarah, it will all be worth it. Before LT if I was in by myself I would have stuffed my face. I look at it now that this was a bad food behaviour that I'm glad I recognised cos I don't do that now. Look at this as a positive. Find something else to do, you don't have to go to bed early every night. Do your nails, a facepack or a nice soak in the bath. You're doing great to get this far and it really does get easier the longer you stick with it. Good luck.
