Watching the rugby (can u tell I'm welsh lol) and even tho I'm getting drinks for everyone none for me making cawl (stew with beef and veg) for half time the boys have to have it with warm crusty rolls and cheese it's tradition lol and shell cant eat it! Does shell care?! No she doesn't she's doing fine watching hubby n brother getting drunk instead lol

Great will power!! I managed today cooking one of my favourite meals for the family - chilli con carne. The smell was lovely but I wasn't tempted. Not going to ruin my hard work

thats fantastic , I dont know what it is but this time I seem to be feeling the same , I have been back on a week and feel great , not bothered about food at all and finding it easy to stick 100 % ..... its all in the head
