My legs are sore already after kettlebells last night, and i usually dont feel it until at least 24hrs later, worst 48hrs. Eek! Dread to think what will be like later on

How do you make your flapjack I see you have been experimenting with them? Interested in giving it a try :) x

the last batch where the best - been making them in a round cake tin and cutting into 8, total of 8 healthy extras and 8 syns so 1B+1syn each. (210g oats (6HEB's) 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (2HEB's) 4 tablespoons of golden syrup (8syns) sweetner and cinnamon to taste, mix it all up and bung in oven until look ready, about 15 mins or so.

I think i need to stop making them - i keep going to pick at them every night!

Theres a version in the recipe section with dried fruit in it if you like it?

Not massively fond of a lot of dried fruit do might give your version a bash as I love flapjacks not had one in ages! X
