So being the gorb that i am i ate the leftover pasta too :rolleyes: so that makes yesterday 10 syns and pasta baby takes me back to 10.5 :mad:

Red day required to get things down again. Next week is gonna have to have some red day appearances too...

Great weekend away = big fat gain. Ive done a few red days to shift it ASAP.I wont write it down as ive been eating the most random food that doesnt go together as I havent had a chance to go shopping so making do with whats in eg tuna and onion in mayo with cauliflower cheese. Heston will be all over that one!
 
House hunting at the minute so no time for food diaries. Barely time to eat never mind keep a note of it!

Back down to only 1/2 lb above target so well in range now. Have found a new house so its all go.
