so ive seen that advert with johnny and lisa,shes having those new breakie biscuits...they look really nice..thought i'd get some today...


omg!! wayyyyyyyyyy out of rules :(

ive never been a biscuit person,but i just fancied an oaty biscuit the other night, i looked in the cereal section and the cracker section at the oat biscuits,and the type that you would think are healthy and theres nothing :(

what about special k bars?
or i know morrisons do some... they are like apple fruit filled ones... with the oaty outside.. they are part of the eat smart range.

I got some of these yesterday from Sainsbury's - they're in the rules and lovely...

Weetabix Oaty bars White Chocolate Flavour

They are a tiny bit out of the 5g allowance, but I've had no problems with them.

morrisons ceareal bars are pretty good the breakfast own brand ones .. and some spec k bars are ok...be careful on the suger though most are very high in suger

thats the only thing that worries me, the sugar content and if the cals are threw the roof :rolleyes:

maybe i should just go without :D

cals are usually low around 80-100 per bar.. but sugars high.. but all in moderation x
