Oct mag - chicken curry and apple chutney

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

Has anyone made the chicken curry with apple chutney from this month's slimming world mag? It doesn't look as if you cook the apple but surely it would be nicer, if soft????

cant place which recipe it is, but if you cook the apple you have to syn it. so if it is raw thats probably the reason
