October is fast approaching, my first weigh in of my restart will be in October so thought I would start a challenge thread to try and keep me on the straight and narrow as I am the queen of falling off the wagon haha but I refuse to have another fat xmas so really need to get moving in October, I'll have 5 weigh ins so Im going to set myself a goal of 3lbs a week, so 15lbs in total
