Well after having a few downish days (mood but not food) I'm proud to say I hauled myself outside and got back on track exercise wise, which REALLY lifted my mood bigtime. So glad as I was headed for disaster the way I was feeling...it's like my body's wondering what the hell is going on, where's the sugar, where's the fat, where's the stodge?? Withdrawal possibly, I dunno, but I'm working through it. 3 days til WI for me and I want results!!
