New member - up for Oct challenge

Hi Guys, SO glad to have found some additional support online. October challenge sounds good as I've hit an 18 wk dip. Tonight I got my 1st stone but only lost a pound in the last month despite running and sticking to 10 syns! Gonna aim for 5lb in Oct but would welcome any advice to get out of the slow loss slump x

Yep I need the challenge, first WI for me is on Monday and I am hoping for a steady loss each week.

Kes I live in Oz an I'm sure you will be walking like crazy and drinking lots of water whilst you are here. Also our fresh fruit and vege is cheap and always around!
