I think I remember Keeley saying she was at a wedding today...think she will be burning a few calories tonight with all that bopping on the dance floor.

hey ladies, yes i was at a wedding!!! and yes burning off some fat on that dance floor...
BUT i didnt make it to nandos (see diary of cd08 and dancing for gory details lol) and ended up in mac d's and in the pic'n'mix area of cinema... it carried on as i decided to quit my atkins/cd combo and get back to ss. didnt like food being on my mind all the time, like an obsession. prefer strict ss/cd!
i had fri night off and sat day/night for wedding... and am now back on ss today.
i didnt weigh myself so not sure of the gain, im not worried though ill just weigh as normal on wed. if i stay the same ill be chuffed, the pic'n'mix alone was well worth a sts!!!!!! yum yum.......
