hi im a newbie and i joined ww 2 weeks ago and at my 2nd weigh in i lost 3 pounds which i was very happy with. but then the weekend hit and i had a curry and drank way 2 many alcopops. i feel like all my hard work was a waste.. iv worked out like mad dis week to work it off but i just know i wont loose anytin this week.. its so dishartning.. the weekend is where i find it so tough.. im very good all week.. its not worth it!i need some advice on what to do at the weekends :wave_cry:
