off the wagon on the 2nd week

hi im a newbie and i joined ww 2 weeks ago and at my 2nd weigh in i lost 3 pounds which i was very happy with. but then the weekend hit and i had a curry and drank way 2 many alcopops. i feel like all my hard work was a waste.. iv worked out like mad dis week to work it off but i just know i wont loose anytin this week.. its so dishartning.. the weekend is where i find it so tough.. im very good all week.. its not worth it!i need some advice on what to do at the weekends :wave_cry:

You dont have to cut these things out completly thats whats good with weight watchers. If you save a few points in the week this will compensate for you have abit extra the weekend then the damage isnt so bad?
oh i didn realise ya cud do it like dat.. i didn have dinner today so i could have a munch 2nite haha.. stil have 4 points left so il leav dem.. really hope i even loose one pound or even stay de same cos iv worked so hard dis week wit de exercise! tanx 4 de advice ;)
