I'm really excited about heading to Prague for 4 nights this Thursday. There's a group of us going and it'll be tons of fun I'm sure
But I'm worried about how on earth I can follow the plan - or at least not gain too much - while I'm there!
Any suggestions? My thoughts are that I'll just try and focus on low fat and calorie control. I doubt I'll be able to follow SW to the letter. Any help much appreciated thanks
