I am so thrilled - just did 5 days of attack and lost 6lbs and I'm back in the 10's Yippee !!!!
 
Weigh In for end of Week 4 - 88.0kgs.

It took me cutting out dairy and sweetners to lose in a couple days 1kg.
Am I going to have to stay off them for the duration of Cruise to lose weight? I hope not.
 
I've lost 6lbs since last weigh in but this is because I have been unwell and wasn't able to eat much. Have lost 30lbs now. I'm sure when I start eating more I will probably put a bit of weight back on.

i havnt weighed myself since i started i started the dukan diet.. as the scales always puts me off if it isnt what i want to see!

i started at 10 st 4lb and weighed myself today, day 10, and i am 9st 9lb !!!!

i find that so hard to believe ... a whopping 9lbs in 10 days :) wooohoooooooo!!!!
 
A loss of 3lbs for this last week gives me an overall loss of 38lbs since starting the Dukan 9 weeks ago. It's incredible to think that , just before Christmas I weighed 19st 6lbs and I now weight 16st 10lbs !!!

I think this is a great Idea. Now I've been on cruise for a while and the weight loss has slowed down, maybe a weigh in once a week is a good idea. I Think I'll choose Friday mornings after the compulsory PP Thursday. I'll let you know how I go. x

New to here but loving it already - hi everyone!


Week 1 and 7 days of attack brought me a weight loss of 3.7kg (8.14lb)!!! Very pleased with that and here's hoping to another good week.

I get married in August and the dress is VERY tight at the moment :-/

Last week ( wk 10) a saw a 2lb gain after a couple of nights out. I got back to basics and did a few days on attack and have lost 5lbs this week !!! -41lbs in 11 weeks on Dukan plan and an overall loss of 6st 10lbs !!!
 
Hi, I am new here. I started the dukan diet on 15 March with a small break in between (long weekend away). I started at 70kg and am now at 68.2kg. Hope to drop another 0.5kg by the end of next week. :)

Week 1 of dukan and lost -10lbs..happy with that!:) even more since I fell off the wagon last night after receiving some really bad news:(

Really annoyed with myself for reacting to stress with eating:( I full well know its not going to make me feel better and still I do it...bah:(
 
Hi all, well done on that loss Noki. Hope the news wasn't too bad and you get back on plan.

I weighed in this morn after 10 days (6 Attack) I'm down 13.5lb. Love this diet.
