Hi all, well done on that loss Noki. Hope the news wasn't too bad and you get back on plan.

I weighed in this morn after 10 days (6 Attack) I'm down 13.5lb. Love this diet.

I know what you mean Noki - happy = eat, angry = eat, sad = eat and last of all feel bad about self and/or put on weight = eat more!!!

I would say almost every overweight person is an emotional eater - vicious circle - feel bad - eat - feel bad for eating.
 
Has no one weighed in since last Sat? I weighed this morn and am down 2.5lb:D

3lb off this week! That's 1st 6lb and I still don't feel any thinner! And still wiggling to get in my jeans, I think the weight must be coming off of my internal organs! :confused:
