Oh no!!

    I had a planned day off on wednesday,which is fine Ive lost 2lbs this week which is also fine.............but I think I may have just gone back into ketosis as I feel totally hyped up,i hate that feeling, last time it lasted about 3 days,i hate it hate it hate it,the only way for me is to walk it off really hard,power walking round the field about 5 times,last time i had it the dog started hiding!!!:8855:

    :) love the energy but not the sleepless nights that come with it. i think it doesn't hit me too bad as i'm all hyped up on coffee all the time.
