    :cry: I have failed I have had a packet of twiglets! i feel terrible and disappointed in my self:( On the seventh day and I couldnt make that

    Absolutely, get straight back on that wagon. What's done is done, you can't change that, but you can still change your future. Don't let one slip-up mess it all up.

    Back on the wagon Rose is the best way as the others have said.

    Old habits die hard and I think you won't be doing that again as you now know it is not worth it.

    I hope now you have got it off your chest you can move on and put it behind you.
