OH OHHHHHH!! Help..

    Im on Day 3 of refeed. I have done everything rite up until now... i love to bake and today made a chocolate fudge cake...calories.com!!!!!!!!! i ate a big piece, feel terrible...have i ruined my week?? anything i can do to amend it!!!?? Someboby please tell me they done something similar and what was the result.........

    Ok it was a bit of a carb, fat and sugar overload!!! But just get on with refeed hon!! Stick to the refeed to the letter. If you have had a slight gain at the end of the week, consider restricting cals for the following week to get back on track!

    Ijust cant believe i done it... it wasnt even nice but gave me a wake up call that i dont need it. Thanks for your words of support... i trust you as you have and are doing extremly well. im more than focused again! il let you know what damage it done on saturday...!
