Oh what a naughty girl ive been today!

Oh dear, what a day..... Ive eaten so badly today.... I had

Yogurt and fruit

2 egg's, beans, ww toast, 2 Quorn sausages, mushrooms

1 hifi bar
2 alpen bars

Smash and a small tin of spag hoops

A bar of Choc (small (just a little bigger than a freddo) solo coffee bar with hazelnuts)

2 slices of weight watchers bread
quorn filling and salad
low fat super noddles
6 el laughing cows.......

oh what a pig.... ive just been in the mood... and needing some comfort food...Boo

Ive had such a great week and been very good and my weigh in is tomorrow.... im going to have put on, i know it :cry:

I am still fairly new to the diet but, if you have had a Green day today your food dosen't look at all bad to me....

I am sure someone else will be able to advise you better than me though,.
Maybe im just worring over nothing.... ive havent stepped over the line at all this week..ive been saying i cant eat that.... I think im worring i havent lost this week. Grrrr
