Ok bridesmaid in vegas in 8 month so plan is 16 down to a nice size 12

    I am thirty-one, had a lovely figure until I was 21 when I went to a size 16 then when I was 25 went to a 14 for four years and a year and a half ago I put a stone and a half on and can not shift it. I am due to get married next Christmas or spring 2016 and can't bare the thought of being a big bride!!!! My partner he loves me and tells me my curves are beautiful but I want to be a nice size 12, I know I will never be a 10. I try dieting and then I always forget and snack on sugary things!!!!! I have recently started cycling a couple of times a week but even that doesn't make much difference. Maybe it will eventually, I should swim like you, maybe I should get out of bed and go now but cycling is free and I must say I do enjoy it. More than anything this may coming so approx 8 months I am brides maid to my best friend in Las Vegas, which is a week full of pool party then a nude coloured dress, my goodness I have to lose weight , out of 40 people going I am the ONLY fat one !!!!!!! Makes me feel sick saying it. Anyway just prepared my breakfast, 100grammes of low fat greek yogurt with sweetener granules and vanilla essence and lots of blueberries. Going for lunch with old Uni friends in brighton so I am sure I can find something slimming there, full of hippy healthy shops!!!!! Going to make kale crisps tonight to snack on for me and bf !!!!! I am sure he will prefer that to Cadbury fruit and nut bar !!!!! Lol xx

    So exhausted and given into a few Doritos and 3x fruit pastels.......
    b - yogurt & berries 1 syn
    S- 12 cashews HXb & mango
    L - Thai restaurant, a scallops, beef salad , both cooked in oil but very small amount, and 4 squids rings in tempura batter ( no idea syn value)
    S - 1/2 pkt Doritos & 3 wine gums
    D - tuna steak, salsa, corn on cob, samphire weed,

    Ok add some evening snacks , four thin slices of chorizo ( worse thing ever) and 1/2 a choc digestive

    Ok so 2/3 of way through bank hol weekend.....didn't count points all weekend
    Saturday - good breakfast, then had a coffee and coffee biscuit in cafe Nero then had wine and jerk chicken , then went to party in eve had a healthy chilli concarne but did snack on crisps and two piece of garlic breach, few nachos and I chose to drink cinnzanno as it was the most slimming spirit I could find.
    Sunday - woke with a hang over and so me and my partner alex fancied a cafe breakie, so we went and I had poached eggs, mushrooms on two slices of brown toast and bacon, (which used real butter and fried chacon and mushroom), then in eve went to BBQ and I had two ww sausage, chicken breast and 1 x burger(no bun), 1 x boiled pot, coleslaw and rice. Chose not to drink as I usually would and only had two and half oi m&s throughout afternoon and night, coffee and water after and then accidentally four chocs jumped in my mouth !!!!! Whoops !!!!
    Came home did a session of p90x3 and had half a choc digestive!!!!!
    Tomorrow plan to be as good as I possibly can be but we will see!!!!!

    So I am on holiday in the beautiful island of Corfu where I am trying hard to be good, although I have been weighing myself and I am not losing weight!!!!!! However, I have not had any alcohol, trying not to eat sweet foods and even trying to exercise just got up early and had first coffee of the day and now I am going to go and have a water ski. Bought my gym kit so been running etc too x

    Id be interested to see how you get on while away on holidays, as im going away not this Wednesday but the Wednesday after to Portugal and i will be drinking but will be in the gym daily and will try to choose good food options :D best of luck , going to subscribe xxx

    It's not too bad but of course you are surrounded by treats !!!!!! However, walking around in a bikini helps I think! I not been going crazy on carbs, not had many really as been trying to stick with protein!!!!! Not had any alcohol this week but will next week as it's my birthday so I guess a few bottle of bubbly over the week is a must xxxxx

    I wont have a bikini with me this year :p next year tho :fingerscrossed:... its great to see that your fairly on plan even while away well done!!.. yep ya must have a treat of course for the birthday celebrations xx

    Ok so weakened a bit, had a kebab for dinner but I just had chicken on a stick and salad but did pinch a few of mums chips, also had a scoop of yogurt ice cream for dessert and three malteasers and ended up doing zero exercise today ........#lazy .......but did ache from skiing and running last two days x still no alcohol, very proud !

    #frustrated ....... Woke up weighed myself and I weigh 84.6 kilos which is what I was when I arrived which went down to 83 kilos, so the snacking on small little odd bits is a KILLER.
    Had greek yogurt 0% fat for breakfast and will have fruit later

    Been very good, not eaten too bad, went out to a few bars tonight and didn't have any alcohol or any crisps from the bar!!!!!! Think it could be a different story from Friday when my boyfriend and friends arrive here in Corfu!!!!!! Will try to not drink too much though and definitely carry on eating fairly well xx

    Great start to the day, bought everyone pastries for breakfast and I had two eggs and fat free yogurt ! I will beat my fatness!!!!! I also am 1.3 kilos lighter than yesterday morning x

    Holiday is fab, was good I day yesterday and good in evening but as we went to such a lovely restaurant I decided to have some wine with dinner which ended up being about nearly a bottle instead of two glasses and then had about 5 double malibus and diet comes in a bar ....... WHOOPS - felt rubbish when I woke up and ate fairly well today although had no salad just chicken mainly !!!! Xxxx

    Another good day yesterday and boyfriend and sister law and her bf came to corfu, was good with food and alcohol and surprising how much rubbish people chat when they are drunk and you are sober !!!!!! Anyway boyfriend Alex said I looked trimmer xxxx. Xxx

    Had a few drinks last night but had weighed myself in morning and lost weight but not sure what that will be today as shouldn't of really had a cocktail or wine and also cheese xxx
