Step 1 Sole Source Ok.... Here goes nothing....

Very p****d off.... Gained 3lbs.... I totally don't get it, I've had shakes and chicken each day... My stupid body !! :(


Bahhhh I'm gonna be a beached whale next week :/ how depressing ....

Oh starry, I'm sorry babe... Is it your totm or anything? Any idea why you gained? Have you eaten the recommended amount of chicken?

You certainly won't be a beached whale, from the photo I saw, you've got a lovely figure, even off you want to lose a few pounds...

Stick to it this week and I'm sure you'll see a great result at the end off the week

Just fell head first into a pan of pasta and meatballs..... Sort of out of temper and i regret it now... I think i Had the right amount of chicken each night - not too much, I know I didn't have enough water tho... And totm is looming I've got that special feeling :/ ( back pain and camps :/ )

Ill stick to it best as. An tis week, got so so much on, my friends 30th cocktails, a baby shower, thanksgiving meal... Bahhh !! Gonna have all my packs though, and hope hat. Won't have too bad a week!! Xxx

Ooh,I love pasta and meatballs... I try and leave the room when my lot have it...though my little girl normally asks me to feed out to her! Not easy!

Shame you ate it, but you felt down... Just drew a line under it and tomorrow is the start of a new week anyway... You can so it babe, and don't forget I'm here if you wanna chat! I'm sure you'll have a fab week... You can do this! Stray strong! Xx

Hey girls, sorry I've not been around, I've fallen well and truly of the darned wagon....Again....


My infected belly button (ibb ) is really bad at the mo, I've been put on these really strong antibiotics and they make me feel so ill if I take them without food, I did try and take em with the shakes but felt so sick it was horrible, so that plus the 3lbs last week and i sort thought balls to it....

I'm gonna try and be good, I've got my hol in 3 days so probs not gonna happen .... But I'll be sticking around anyway.... I wanna be thin in the new year, which will mean back to it......why am I so good at giving other people advice but can't do it myself.....

Sorry if I'm letting u down, I feel like I am...... I'm just rubbish !! Bahhhh !!! Xx
 
Hi Starry - I hope you don't mind me commenting but I've just read your post and thought I should put your mind at rest. I too have been battling a nasty infection and was told by my doctor to come off CD whilst I was taking the strong painkillers and antibiotics - I decided i needed to follow medical advice and I took 4 days off (first day back today), I have been eating carbs and sticking between 1200-1400 calories a day, I've been recording everything into the My Fitness Pal app on my phone. I weighed myself this morning and I have still dropped 2lbs!!

So please don't panic, if you make healthy choices you can eat and get yourself well and not do any damage to your diet at all :) a lot of you weight gain will be water retention. It's more important you get better - CD will be here to help with any true weight gain afterwards.

I've defiantly gained, my jeans are tight.... How do I gain weigh so so quickly.... It's madness haha !!!! Ill be back on it straight after my hols I think, I feel uncomfortable :/

Hi girls.....

Wow a long time since I updated on here, a lot has happened since my holiday in November.... I'm now engaged.... And pregnant..... It's very early days, I'm about 10 weeks so diet out of the window haha... Ill still pop in now and again but obviously it will be a while before I'm back on CD :/ booooo !!

Going to try and keep note of my weight best I can, so it won't be too bad when I do come back...sorry that I haven't been around to keep up to date with you guys it's just been a bit manic what with holiday Christmas and new year and my news....

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Just remember you don't need to eat for two when you are pregnant - I think its an extra 500 calories in the last trimester and thats it!!! Keep us updated with your wedding plans and pregnancy etc :D Exciting!
