Garlic and herb grills from joes sasuages x3, 1 Joes Sausage, potato hash made with potatoes and onions and 2 eggs done in fry light.

Powerplate session at the gym on Monday 17th still in pain so I have lowered my walking miles, because I cant walk properly!

Just ate through the day as was doing as bootsale!
