    OK allthis is my first stab at this so here we go:
    Wednesday 21st April 2010

    Breakfast
    2 Muller light strawberry yoghurts
    Apple
    Banana

    Lunch
    Wholemeal Pitta (HB)
    4 laughing cow light cheese triangles (HA)
    Ham
    Lettuce
    Spring Onions

    Dinner
    Homemade Beefburgers with extra lean mince, onions and dried herbs
    Batchelors Chicken savory rice

    Healthy options used
    0 Syns:)

    Excercise
    3.5 miles of walking

    Which plan are you following?
    If you are doing EE then you need to be having more veg for dinner.

    Thursday 22nd April 2010 - Over In Holland on business for the day so I didnt do very well as i do not like their food! :(

    Breakfast
    Banana at the airport
    Tea - Milk (HA)

    Lunch
    Mixed salad
    sometime of beef Croquette thingy - Syns (i have no idea)

    Brownie and pork white roll on the plane coming home - Syns, i dont know!?

    Dinner
    Stir fry using dried noodles, soy sauce, mushrooms, ham, spring onions and light spam - 7 syns

    HA used
    no B
    syns, too many to count :(
    Really depressed about yesterday!

    Just make sure you try to get the 1/3 of veg or fruit at every meal. Draw a line under yesterday and start fresh today :)

    Later in the evening
    Jacket potato insides scooped out and then mixed with Ham, Spring onions, 2 tablespoons extra light mayo, cheese (HA)

    6 pints Carlsberg 10 syns each i think! (AHH) 60 syns

    portion of chicken wings (8 wings) 8 syns

    2 packets of crisps - 18 syns
    Doner Meat portion - 3 syns

    89 syns! OMG!!! Terrible day, naughty Anna!

    Dinner - Treat night (always do this)
    Won ton noodle soup from my fav noodle bar, with my mum

    HB - Ryvitas

    Garlic prawns made with real garlic
    Garlic Mushrooms, as above ( I was having a cooking night trying different things that are syn free)

    Muller light lemon cheese cake yoghurt - 1 syn

    HEA - milk in my tea
    HEB - mini ryvitas

    then..

    Cinema in the evening
    dinner was a wholemeal 6 inch sub from subways with turkey, ham, lettuce and small portion of cheese (HEA) i count half the sub as a HEB and the other as a syn (6 perhaps?)

    Scrambled Eggs - No milk
    Bacon

    Dinner in the evening

    SW quiche, huge portion using virtually fatfree cottage cheese so no syns, filled with ham, mushrooms and spring onions, then i had a salad of lettuce, cucumber and spring onions on the side.

    Then I had a Hifi bar, the mint crunch one so HEB!
