OK...need to knuckle down

OK...had 3 weeks now of 1lb losses.....so need to stop fooling myself that the spoonful of mustard, a prawn here or there won't do any harm.

Going to reduce the number of bars too as think they are making me want to eat more.
 
Hiya,,, you have done so well and it is easy to get into the habit of nibbling...
It is great that you are now ready to comit to 100% again... you will soon slip back into losing nice amounts...
Even so 1lb is great!
Someone(lexy I think) posted those horrid pics of what 1lb of fat looks like...

Yeah a lot of people seem to find that. I know I do if I have too many. You've done really well so far though so you should be proud of yourself!

Your doing fab hon.... but your right if you stop picking you may lose a little more each week.. Some weeks I lose 2 lbs and I dont pick it just weird how our bodies work.
