Turkey stew.

Turkey Leg (£1.29 at the moment in Asda, I'm sure Tesco will have an equivalent)
1 onion
Carrots, swede, celery (basically whatever you want to chuck in it)
1 chicken oxo cube (1syn)
2 pints water
gravy granules to thicken (syns but can't remember off the top of my head)

boil turkey till it's done (I slow cook mine) in the stock, add veggies till tender.

Either have with an 8oz jacket potato (hexB) on a red day, or put potatoes in with it if doing Extra Easy day, or use turkey as HexB if on a Green day.

Lasts a couple of days and tastes yum! Hubby loves this and isn't on SW

Oh, and I just made what's known as the SW Quiche, but my version of it ;)

Bacon (as much as you like, chopped)
large tub VLF Cottage cheese
4 Eggs

Dry fry bacon
beat eggs, add the cottage cheese (looks disgusting but ignore that)
add the bacon and mix. Pop in an oven proof dish and cook for 30 mins or so on 200 until it's golden brown. Eat hot or cold with a big salad.

Free on Red.
