Hi
i have 2 beautiful girls, 6 and 8 month, trying to lose the extra baby weight
going out with my family and out with friends
(Aww this was my first ever profile about me)
Now i have 2 beauties now 15 years and 9 years, and gained a few stone, 3 stone 7lbs to be precise, how time flys. Been on and off slimmers for years, yet always go back cause i know i can do it. This time is the game changer. Adamant, focused and inspired, started yesterday, sat 5th Oct 19, with my consultant amy who always has a smile no matter how many times a pick it up n drop it, this time a want a lifestyle change, cause my old eating habits are really bad.
Also any comments welcome always good to have tips and help also ideas, i do a bit of the old original and SP. i like hex a+bs my consultant doesnt mind, i get weighed on sats and my life is so busy with children, work and boyfriend (who by the way owns a gym but has food issues of his own so helping him eat healthier too)
So here it goes,
Saturday
B- 10 x tea and choc orange hifi (hexb)
D- banana straw milkshake & 250ml skimmed milk (hex A + 1syn)
T- steak stir fry - fry light diced steak, fried onion, peppers, been sprouts, with slimmers hoisin sauce topped with garlic salted asparagus
S- cuppa before bed
Not the best diary but work was hectic, loving the straw sippers though 1 syn a straw.
Today is Sunday so will update later with diary
