Original Old school mixed with a bit of the new diary

Hi
i have 2 beautiful girls, 6 and 8 month, trying to lose the extra baby weight

going out with my family and out with friends

(Aww this was my first ever profile about me)
Now i have 2 beauties now 15 years and 9 years, and gained a few stone, 3 stone 7lbs to be precise, how time flys. Been on and off slimmers for years, yet always go back cause i know i can do it. This time is the game changer. Adamant, focused and inspired, started yesterday, sat 5th Oct 19, with my consultant amy who always has a smile no matter how many times a pick it up n drop it, this time a want a lifestyle change, cause my old eating habits are really bad.
Also any comments welcome always good to have tips and help also ideas, i do a bit of the old original and SP. i like hex a+bs my consultant doesnt mind, i get weighed on sats and my life is so busy with children, work and boyfriend (who by the way owns a gym but has food issues of his own so helping him eat healthier too)
So here it goes,

Saturday
B- 10 x tea and choc orange hifi (hexb)
D- banana straw milkshake & 250ml skimmed milk (hex A + 1syn)
T- steak stir fry - fry light diced steak, fried onion, peppers, been sprouts, with slimmers hoisin sauce topped with garlic salted asparagus
S- cuppa before bed

Not the best diary but work was hectic, loving the straw sippers though 1 syn a straw.

Today is Sunday so will update later with diary

Monday

B- weetabix, milk, cuppa & sweetener (b)(a)
D- prawn salad with Marie rose sauce (3syns)
T- bacon carbonara spaghetti (b) cheese (1/2A)
S- milkshake sipper (2syns)
 
Carbonara
Fat free fromage frais, mixed in with egg, pepper, garlic, then place in with spaghetti

B- shreddies (B) milk (A)
D- chicken satays x3 (1.5syns) salad
T- SlimmingWorld king-prawn laksa noodles (B), never tried it hope its nice as late tea.
S- 2 sugars (2syns) no sweetners and a bite of boyfriends cake which a couldnt reist just tiny so counted (3syns)
First day back at work today while starting slimmers so been kinda hard picking things out to eat while busy. Never mind more prepared tomorrow :)

Heey, i always do quite well in first week, got weighed 2 nights ago and it was at 4 lost so hopefully may be that or more, still have 2 days to eat well too,

Thursday eats
B- ameretto coffee and hifi (1/2 B) (A)
D- 5 mini chicken satays and crispy salad (3.5 syns) sweet chilli (1syns)
T- slimming world burger in wholemeal bun (B) lettuce, beef tomatoe, ketchup and mayo (1.5syns) 100g sweet potato fries (2.5syns)

It’s nice when u you get a good loss first week, gives you that motivation to carry on. 4lbs would be fab. Fingers crossed for a little more as u have another 2 days to go but if not 4 is brill. Good luck.

Im just making tea, late i know but not long been in from work, tired but still going on with healthy tea, slimmers burgers sweet pots n fries xx
 
Thanks, wow someone was up early ha, yeah at work today and forgotten me dinner :( will have to starve till later cause only takeaways round here. Weigh day tomorrow eek xx
