    You might want to check these against new guidelines.

    Zero tomato soup:

    2 chopped onions
    2 chopped yellow peppers
    30g chopped mushrooms
    1 crushed clove of garlic
    2xtins chopped tomatoes
    3 tsp dried mixed herbs
    salt and pepper
    low fat cooking spray

    Spray a saucepan with low fat spray.
    Gently cook onion, peppers, mushrooms and garlic until soft.
    Add remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins.

    Zero veggie chilli

    1 Small swede, cubed
    Sliced mushrooms
    Diced green pepper
    Tbsp tomato puree
    400g tin chopped tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp chilli powder

    Place all ingredients in a pan and simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are soft.
