Olive Oil - HEA choice?

    I thought olive oil was a HEA choice, but when I fill out my food diary online there are only milk and cheese options,

    any ideas guys?

    I believe it is a HE choice but only extra virgin olive oil.

    yes I think you are right, it is a HE B, but again only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, not standard Olive Oil

    that will explain why i couldnt see it under a choice then LOL thanks guys (its extra virgin I have)

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil is definitely HEB on Extra Easy and Green days, for 1 tbsp. But not on original days :)

    cool thanks that means GREAT chips cooked in my new actiyfry thing are FREE (and use a B choice for me) using 1tbsp of ex virg olive oil (which cooks enough for the whole family) :)

    I must stop skim reading things... always thought it wsa just EE and green. :rolleyes: :D
