Olive oil/Japanese and Korean food

Hello! I'm new to SW and have a few questions.

1. Olive oil- is there any way of having this other than as syns? I've read a few things online that suggest you can have it as a healthy extra but am not sure how that works.

2. I am planning to have the following for dinner- sashimi, steamed plain rice, edamame beans, kimchi. Am I right in thinking this is syn-free? Not sure about the kimchi- it's pickled cabbage but I suspect contains some sugar. What would you count it as?

3. Does anyone have a guide to how many syns there are in sushi on extra easy?

Olive oil used to be a HEB choice but that changed this year so is no longer a B choice so you have to syn at 6 syns per tablespoon.

AFAIK there is still a PDF of the green plan on the SW website. Doing the Green plan allows you to have olive oil as a HE B choice. You also get two As and 2 Bs on Green, it's great. I am starting SW again and will be swapping around Green and SP days.
