OLIVE OIL SYN / HEB

when ever i have used fry light, i get really bad stomach ache and usually a dose of dirrahrea.

iam going back to using other types of oil.

What is the best to use olive, rapeseed or connola?

I'm not too sure if it matters which you use, I always use Olive oil as I think it tastes better.

All oils are the 6 syns a tbsp but only extra virgin olive oil is a HEB

Depends on what you are cooking as EVOO isnt suitable for some things as it has a strong flavour
