Hi all, 4 days into SW and I need some advise for omelettes please!!
I'd calculated that if I made a cheese omelette (using cheese as my healthy extra) and cooked it with Fry Light, this would be free?? Or if I used oil then it would just be the oil syn value. Is this correct? As in my book it states 6.5 syns for a cheese omelette cooked with fat, and 4 syns for a plain omelette cooked in fat which seems quite high. Need ehlp before I dive in!!
