Hi all, 4 days into SW and I need some advise for omelettes please!!

I'd calculated that if I made a cheese omelette (using cheese as my healthy extra) and cooked it with Fry Light, this would be free?? Or if I used oil then it would just be the oil syn value. Is this correct? As in my book it states 6.5 syns for a cheese omelette cooked with fat, and 4 syns for a plain omelette cooked in fat which seems quite high. Need ehlp before I dive in!! :D

Some recipes don't assume you're using the milk &/or cheese from your HE allowance.

Every morning I have a mushroom and bacon medallion omelette with 2 eggs. I cook the mushrooms and bacon in the oven first with fry light. I have the omelette with bbq beans (Heinz). All this is free and it keeps me full until my dinner break and all I have at work is fruit!!! I also have cups of green tea all day to help with my metabolism!!!
I find protein keeps me fuller for longer and I haven;t had any healthy extras until tea time. If I want cheese on my omelette I just have 40g reduced fat cheddar grated on top!!
Yummy in my tummy!!!
