OMG after 3 mths !!!

    OMG I am in shock


    I have just read a thread that said the rule in 2 1/4 liters on top of shakes Is this right ????:sigh:

    I have been drinking 2 1/2 for the past 3 mths and my weight loss has been soooooooooooo slow ,Like 3lb a mth !!!!!:mad::mad:

    So can you set the rules for me !!!

    Your water should be additional to shakes...I drink 4-5 litres a day....start upping you water today..

    i used to drink 1 half litres before i started... and was shocked that i was so thirsty and drank up to 5 litres... but my cdc told me the more you drink the better.... so up your water intake a pint an hour i have now sometimes more.. aim for atleast 4 litres...

    I have about 4-5 litres but thats mainly because I'm constantly thirsty, I even wake up in the night parched

    Yeah I am on 4 or 5 litres a day! On top of shakes!

    The more you drink the more you shrink!

    On top of the water I use for the shakes I have 2.25L of water made up of - black coffee/water/sparkling water/Perfectly Clear Strawberry & Kiwi.

    I have lost 5 stones in 15 weeks to date!

    I usually drink between 4-6 litres a day but be careful not to over do it as you can drink too much....xxx
