I Drink At Least 4 Litres A Day On Top Of Shakes Tea/coffee Ect The More You Drink The Better Is The Idea From What Ive Been Told Xxmandy

i used to drink 1 half litres before i started... and was shocked that i was so thirsty and drank up to 5 litres... but my cdc told me the more you drink the better.... so up your water intake a pint an hour i have now sometimes more.. aim for atleast 4 litres...

I have about 4-5 litres but thats mainly because I'm constantly thirsty, I even wake up in the night parched

On top of the water I use for the shakes I have 2.25L of water made up of - black coffee/water/sparkling water/Perfectly Clear Strawberry & Kiwi.

I have lost 5 stones in 15 weeks to date!
