OMG I have put on 1.5lbs this week....

    I am so naffed off. I thought I had followed the plan 100% this week, and I have gained 1.5 lbs from last week... So depressing.
    What have I been doing wrong???? I have lost weight every week up until now.... I have had nothing I shouldn't have had, and counted every sin as far as I know... If anything, I probably haven't had enough Super Free foods but does that really make a difference? Please help!!:sigh:

    I've only been on the slimming world diet again for a week and half, but I remember that last time I was on it (6 years ago) that I got really disheartened one week. I'd followed the plan 100% too but still managed to put on weight. It can happen, not sure why. Sometimes the body is just weird.

    Keep at the diet though as you will lose that extra weight plus more eventually. :)

    Have you had your period? Have you been losing loads since you started? Don't forget, it will start to balance out
