I can't believe what I've just eaten - EE today, so my tea was steak, lamb chop, belly pork (all fat off) and a pile of noodles (I'm not keen on potatoes).

Only trouble is, I've had one Alpen Light bar today, I should have another later, but I was sick earlier on and I feel kinda queasy now.

I'm just about to try the diet coke chicken recipe! i can't believe this works either- i'm really bad for fitting in my Hex's though..

We had a salmon salad for lunch and then a spag bol followed by a fruit salad for tea *YUM*
