OMG windy alpen lights

I have Alpen lights most days but only 1, I think everyone is right in saying it's your tummy getting used to the ammount of fibre. I blame the vegetables hehe or the Bf . xxx

As a trial to find the guilty culprit, I'm cutting out the Alpen lights.

My son will be pleased

I've got the same problem.... my kids are quite proud of me :8855: I can't blame it on Alpen though... hopefully it doesn't take me much longer to get used to all this veg!
