OMG!!!!

So I was at work yesterday and received a phone call from the hospital, to say a date had become available for my nose operation! Flipping 2 weeks on Monday!! So officially freaked out and I'm so in the right frame of mind for losing weight, I'm worried this is going to through me off!! They said my face will be swollen for a month!!! Sexy!! I'll be in hospital for 3/4 days and not be able to walk my doggie for a month :-(.

I had to go into hospital for surgery and to be honest i was worse getting over the anesthetic then i was the actual opp ! It could throw you both ways . You could feel so pants that you might not want to bother taking care of yourself as you normally would do and just eat for the sake of it or not each much at all depending on your recovery time and pain . So it looks like you have a week or so before the opp so why dont you.prepare and freeze some teatime meals and menus ?
