On AAM week, I can use....

fresh herbs?
garlic?
onions?

also I am actually going to be doing 790 next week and would like to know what 3tbs of veggies looks like?

In my book it says any 0 calorie flavouring I think this includes fresh garlic and herbs however am not sure about onion as that would be calories I think
Well I always thing as one small mushroom as a tablespoon so 3 mushrooms or 8 bits of asparagus etc
